STORE POLICIES' AGREEMENT:

1. All items are carefully packaged and insured for best delivery. However, should defective merchandise occur please keep all documentation and packaging pertaining to the item in question. E-mail us with the details of the damage A.S.A.P. Damaged items MUST be reported to bbgems@bbgems.com.br WITHIN 48 hrs of delivery.

2. Items being returned need to receive pre-approval via e-mail. No returns will be accepted without pre-approval. Please e-mail us at bbgems@bbgems.com.br to request your authorization number.

3. Refunds will only be made in the form of store credit or exchanged items, except for special orders. All sales are final and not subject to third parties evaluation.

4. Customer is responsible in totality for all duties and fees that might be incurred upon delivery. If you are an international client (outside Brazil) please make sure to check with customs and/or post office in your country and verify which extra charges might be applied.

5. Orders will be shipped within 7 to 15 business days. You will receive an e-mail with the notification of your shipment.

6. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as 'B&F jewelers Inc.' . We accept all major credit cards(Amex, Discover, Visa and Mastercard). All sales are final, no exceptions.

7. All clients' information will be kept under strict confidentiality. WE DO NOT SELL, LEND OR DISTRIBUTE YOUR INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES!

We will provide you with lifetime warranty for each purchased item that insures the authenticity of our native Brazilian natural and precious stones. Our Amethyst, Topaz, Pink Quartz, Crystal Quartz and Dolomite are of the highest quality, coming directly from our countries' own river margins', caves and underground soil. We will replace broken items at cost only. Customer will be responsible for shipping and handling. Our orders match precisely their description. No exceptions.
